1. To enhance work efficiency for both parties, when providing designs or samples, please offer detailed information on materials, thicknesses, process requirements, quantities, transaction methods, delivery times, etc., to facilitate a quick and effective response.
2. Based on your designs/samples, we will respond as soon as possible regarding feasibility. If feasible, we will provide you with a preliminary price quote.
3. If you are interested in cooperation, we can provide a sample fee for prototypes, and the cost will depend on the complexity.
4. Sample time: (1-3 working days, depending on the prototype shape)
5. After both parties confirm the prototype shape is acceptable, a formal contract can be signed.
6. Once the deposit is received, production will commence.
7. Delivery time: Based on order quantity and factory production situation, any non-human or unavoidable natural factors will be communicated for friendly negotiation in advance.
8. Final payment: Final payment will be collected upon delivery via express or logistics.
