Product Introduction
The PP centrifugal fan series is currently an ideal corrosion-resistant ventilation equipment for industrial production centers. The products have excellent performance characteristics such as high strength, strong corrosion resistance, stable operation, and low noise. After years of careful design and continuous improvement by our company's technical staff, the performance and quality have been increasingly perfected, and it has widely replaced fans made of other corrosion-resistant materials. The models produced by our company include the pp4-72 standard type and the pp9-28 high-pressure type.
The pp9-28 high-pressure corrosion-resistant fan is a new generation model developed by our company after years of research (a national patent has been applied for). It features no leakage, high strength, stable operation, low energy consumption, large flow, high pressure, and strong corrosion resistance. It is suitable for the high-pressure transport of strongly corrosive gases in the chemical and fertilizer industries. The product has been widely recommended by various specialized design institutes and is used in the flue gas transport section of sulfur-based N.P.K compound fertilizer projects, receiving unanimous praise from users. Therefore, this equipment is an ideal gas transport device for the chemical and fertilizer industries.
Precautions:
1. Working temperature ≤ 80℃, gas dust content < 100mg/M3, no viscous substances or foreign particles in the transported gas.
2. The fan is made of pure polypropylene; during transport and installation, it should be lifted lightly and handled gently, and hard objects should not collide with the casing.
3. After installation, tools and debris inside the casing should be promptly removed, and the impeller should be manually rotated to check for any collisions; if any abnormality is found, repairs should be made in a timely manner.
4. When the power is connected, the air inlet valve should be closed; the valve can be slowly opened only after the fan starts running, until the specified operating conditions are reached, and attention should be paid to whether the motor current exceeds the limit; everything must be normal for long-term operation.
Ordering Information
1. When placing an order, it is necessary to specify the fan model, speed, air volume, air pressure, outlet angle, rotation direction, and motor specifications.
2. If the outlet angle is not specified when placing an order, a right-hand rotation of 90° will be the factory standard.
3. For special specifications, such as stainless steel fans, custom design and manufacturing can be arranged.
