Product Introduction This equipment is a fully plastic, fixed, shell-and-tube heat exchanger, made of graphite modified polypropylene plastic. The shell, tube plate, end flange, and connecting pipes are all made of pure polypropylene plastic. Performance Characteristics 1. Corrosion Resistance: Polypropylene has excellent chemical resistance to inorganic compounds. Except for strong oxidizers, it is almost unaffected by acidic, alkaline, and saline solutions up to 100°C. It is insoluble in almost all solvents at room temperature, making it suitable for general alkanes, alcohols, aldehydes, and other media. 2. Lightweight: With a specific gravity of only 0.91-0.93, polypropylene is one of the lightest materials among resins, making this equipment very portable and facilitating installation and maintenance. 3. High-Temperature Resistance: The melting point of this product is 164-174°C, allowing for a typical use temperature of 110-125°C, and it does not deform even at 150°C without external force. 4. Non-toxic and Non-scaling: Polypropylene is non-toxic, does not scale, and does not pollute the medium, making it suitable for food industry applications. Applicable Scope Due to the aforementioned characteristics, this equipment is suitable for use in various industries, including chemical, pharmaceutical, dyeing, metallurgy, food, environmental protection, and chemical fiber, replacing traditional stainless steel, enamel, graphite, carbon steel, and glass equipment. The results have been remarkable, and it has been well-received by users. Performance Characteristics (1) Polypropylene has excellent chemical resistance to inorganic compounds. It is largely unaffected by acidic, alkaline, and saline solutions, except for strong oxidizers, up to 120°C. It is insoluble in almost all solvents at room temperature, making it suitable for general alkanes, alcohols, phenols, aldehydes, and ketones. (2) The melting point of polypropylene plastic is 164-174°C, allowing for a typical use temperature up to 110-125°C. (3) Non-scaling, non-polluting, non-toxic, and suitable for use in the food industry. (4) The lightweight material makes installation and maintenance extremely convenient. Applicable Scope Due to these features, this equipment is suitable for use in various applications within the chemical, light industry, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, food, and chemical fiber industries, particularly as condensers, replacing traditional stainless steel, enamel, graphite, and glass condensers. Usage Situation Practical experience has shown that this equipment operates stably, performs well, is easy to install, fully meets production requirements, and has been in use for over eight years, demonstrating the aforementioned advantages. Notes 1. When placing orders, please consult the corrosion data for polypropylene and choose based on the medium and usage conditions. 2. The specification area of each heat exchanger is determined by the customer; please refer to the heat exchanger specification table. 3. When ordering, specify the installation form; if changing the size and orientation of the pipe connections, please inform us in advance. 4. Plastic equipment is relatively brittle; handle gently and tighten bolts slowly during installation to avoid damage. 5. When starting up, first inject cooling water, and avoid contact with open flames. Ordering Notes 1. Please refer to the performance in the product manual to select this equipment based on the medium and test conditions. 2. The specification area of each heat exchanger is specified by the user; please refer to the heat exchanger specification table for the diameter of the heat exchange tubes and shell. 3. Specify the placement form (vertical or horizontal); if changing the pipe connection size and orientation, please propose it in advance for customization. 4. Our company can also manufacture according to user requirements. Heat Exchanger (Condenser) Series Specification Selection Table
