9. Properties of PE water tank products: Non-toxic, odorless, and colorless white granules with a relative density of 0.918–0.939, classified as food-grade sanitary materials. They exhibit high strength, good toughness, good rigidity, heat resistance, cold resistance, and excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking and tear strength, as well as resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. The products also feature anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and UV protection.
10. Friendly reminder from Pusheng Company regarding installation instructions:
1. Each water tank can be equipped with two openings for inlet and outlet; special requirements can be custom ordered. (Note: The produced plastic barrel has no openings and no pre-installed joints. When ordering, please inform us of the required joint sizes and the quantity and location of the inlet and outlet during installation. We will assist you free of charge.)
2. Plastic barrels can be installed with liquid level gauges (as our company only manufactures plastic barrels, we do not provide liquid level gauges and valves. If needed, please specify your requirements when placing an order; the company will charge a portion of the cost).
3. Roof water tanks should be placed on stair openings or platforms with good load-bearing conditions.
4. Since the water tank is a general pressure vessel, a float or other effective control device should be installed to control the liquid level.
5. After assembly, close the outlet and drainage pipes, open the inlet pipe, and check for leaks while filling with water. If there are no leaks after 12 hours, it is considered qualified.
6. Water tanks should be regularly cleaned, and care should be taken to prevent debris from entering the tank during water testing.
7. The general storage tank usage conditions are normal temperature and pressure (for temperatures exceeding normal, a special grade product needs to be customized).
8. The specific gravity of liquids used in general storage tanks should not exceed 1.2 (for liquids exceeding a specific gravity of 1.2, a special grade product needs to be customized).
9. Rotationally molded anti-corrosion storage tanks have significant advantages for large-scale, high-capacity, and large-volume products; despite their size, they maintain the integrity of one-time molding, which is unattainable by other storage tank processes.
10. For special requirements and circumstances, customers are advised to contact the supplier for consultation before installation.
11. The general lifespan of PE water tanks can last for over ten to twenty years!
