Geotextiles mainly have the following three series:
1. Needle-punched non-woven geotextiles, specifications can be selected between 100g/m² to 600g/m². The main raw materials are polyester short fibers or polypropylene short fibers, made by needle punching. The main applications are slope protection for riverbanks, seas, lakes, flood control and emergency rescue projects for levees, land reclamation, docks, and ship locks. It effectively retains soil and prevents piping through filtration.
2. Needle-punched non-woven fabric combined with PE film geotextiles, available in one fabric one film, two fabrics one film, with a maximum width of 4.2 meters. The main raw material is polyester short fiber needle-punched non-woven fabric, combined with PE film. The main use is for impermeability, suitable for railways, highways, tunnels, subways, airports, and other projects.
3. Composite geotextiles of non-woven and woven fabrics, including non-woven and polypropylene filament woven composites, and non-woven and plastic woven composites, suitable for foundation reinforcement and adjusting the permeability coefficient of basic engineering facilities.
Features:
Lightweight, low cost, corrosion-resistant, with excellent properties such as filtration, drainage, isolation, and reinforcement.
Applications:
Widely used in geotechnical engineering for water conservancy, electricity, mining, highways, and railways:
1. Filtration materials for soil layer separation;
2. Drainage materials for reservoirs, mineral selection, and foundation drainage for high-rise buildings;
3. Erosion control materials for riverbanks and slopes;
4. Reinforcement materials for railways, highways, airport runway bases, and road construction in swampy areas;
