The production process of the PE cone-bottom water tank is: rotational molding, also known as rotational casting, is a method of hollow forming of thermoplastic plastics, which involves injecting powder or paste-like materials into a mold, and then heating the mold and rolling it in both horizontal and vertical directions, allowing the material to uniformly cover the inner cavity of the mold and melt due to its own gravity and centrifugal force, and finally obtaining the hollow product after cooling and demolding. Due to the low rotational speed of the process, the product has almost no internal stress, making it less likely to deform or dent, among other drawbacks.
