Product Features

• High Whiteness: Blue-phase white pigment with a whitening effect that can enhance the efficiency of phosphors.
• Thermal Conductivity: Excellent thermal conductivity with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 27W/(m·K), higher than alumina.
• Low UVA Absorption: Low UVA absorption rate, suitable for UV-cured white coatings to improve efficiency.
• Flowability: Narrow particle size distribution and nearly spherical particles, providing good flowability even in high solid content systems.
• Long-term Antimicrobial Effect: In architectural paints, it can prevent moss formation on exterior walls. Compared to other antimicrobials, it is non-toxic and harmless.
• High Purity: High purity sulfur zinc product, free from harmful trace elements, ensuring stability of the final product.
• Flame Retardant and Smoke Suppressing: Can replace part or all of antimony trioxide in flame-retardant plastics, providing flame retardant and smoke suppression effects.
• Anti-aging: Unlike titanium dioxide, sulfur zinc does not have photocatalytic activity and can anchor catalytically active metal ions, preventing them from entering the polymer lattice and enhancing the weather resistance of plastics and coatings.
• Yellowing Resistance: Unlike TiO₂, sulfur zinc does not react with phenolic anti-aging agents to form colored complexes, thus inhibiting catalytic oxidation of polymers and maintaining excellent thermal stability below 350°C.
• Low Hardness: Sulfur zinc has a Mohs hardness of only 3, making it ideal as a white pigment for all glass fiber-reinforced plastics. Unlike TiO₂ (Mohs hardness 6.0-6.5), it does not damage reinforcing glass fibers, ensuring and enhancing the flexural strength and impact strength of the finished product. It can also be used as an inorganic lubricant in friction materials, avoiding brittleness in elastomeric plastics.
