Introduction to Double-Layer Welded Joints for Gas Station Oil Pipelines:
The double-layer welded joints for gas station oil pipelines are produced using a multi-layer thermoplastic extrusion process. The pipes are suitable for various types of fuel, pressure oil pipelines, self-priming oil pipelines, unloading pipelines, venting and oil-gas recovery pipelines, and chemical transfer pipelines. The semi-flexible structure of the pipes ensures their strength and durability while also making them easy to install.

According to the position of the EVOH oxygen barrier layer in the double-layer composite pipe, there are three different types of EVOH pipes:

B. The inner layer is PE or PEX, the outer layer is the EVOH oxygen barrier layer, with a hot melt adhesive layer between the two layers;
C. The inner layer is PE or PEX, the middle layer is the EVOH oxygen barrier layer, and the outer layer is covered with another layer of PE or PEX, with a hot melt adhesive layer between the inner and outer layers.
The first two types of EVOH pipes have a three-layer structure, while the latter has a five-layer structure. The production equipment for the five-layer structure EVOH pipes is also correspondingly advanced.
