Features and Functions:
The SRL-Z Series Mixing Unit is primarily used for the compounding, mixing, coloring, and drying of various resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyvinyl chloride. It is also suitable for pre-processing steps like drying and dehydrating before the formation of engineering plastics such as ABS and polycarbonate. Additionally, it can be used for mixing phenolic and formaldehyde resins.
This unit integrates hot mixing and cold mixing processes, allowing materials that have completed hot mixing to automatically enter the cold mixing stage, ensuring cooling, removal of residual gases, and prevention of agglomeration.
Developed by introducing, digesting, and absorbing foreign technology, this unit employs PLC control, offering high automation, excellent mixing effects, comprehensive functions, compact structure, and an aesthetically pleasing design.
