4. The design should have a compact rhythm, be easy to assemble and disassemble, ensure tight connections, uniform heat transfer, convenient assembly and disassembly, and prevent material leakage, all while meeting the required mechanical properties.
5. Material selection should be reasonable. The die head should be made of steel that is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, has good tensile strength, and high hardness. In some cases, it also needs to be chrome-plated depending on the situation.

3. Since all components of the feeder are connected by gears and controls, it is essential to ensure maximum lubrication of the gears and chains to prevent damage to the machine due to lack of lubrication.

This dust can cause short circuits in the internal circuits, damaging electrical circuits and other components. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the dust inside the control box periodically.
