The SGB200-800 spiral wound pipe production line has a stable forming process. The production line adopts a modular design, making operation and maintenance very simple.
The SGB200-800 spiral wound pipe production line equipment uses high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the main raw material. First, the first extruder extrudes round pipes, which are then shaped into square pipes by a shaping and cooling machine. These square pipes enter the spiral winding forming machine, while the second extruder simultaneously extrudes molten adhesive strips to bond the square pipes in a helical form. The inner and outer walls of the resulting pipes are smooth and flat, with diameters ranging from φ200mm to 800mm. Depending on different usage conditions, the ring stiffness is divided into four grades, reaching up to 16 kN/m². This type of pipe is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and easy to install, making it widely used in drainage and sewage pipelines for highways, municipal construction, residential areas, sports fields, squares, mines, agriculture, culverts, bridges, and other fields.
