The production line adopts a modular design, making operation and maintenance simple. The pipes produced by the SGB1000 Hollow Wall Winding Pipe Equipment primarily use high-density polyethylene as the main raw material. First, a round pipe is extruded by the first extruder and then shaped into a square pipe through a cooling and shaping machine. It then enters the winding forming machine, where a second extruder simultaneously extrudes molten adhesive strips to bond the square pipes in a helical form. The inner and outer walls of the pipe are smooth and flat, with specifications ranging from φ300-1000mm. Depending on different usage conditions, the ring stiffness is divided into four grades, reaching up to 16 kN/m². This type of pipe is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, easy to install, and widely used in drainage and sewage pipelines for highways, municipal construction, residential areas, sports fields, plazas, mines, agriculture, culverts, bridges, and other applications.
