The company currently has a total of 413 employees, including 13 college and university graduates, and it hires 6 technical consultants and 4 rubber mold consultants from Shenyang Rubber Technology Research Institute. The factory owns a total of 56 flat curing presses, 3 injection molding machines, 6 mixers, and 12 extruders. Advanced and complete analytical testing equipment is provided, ensuring comprehensive testing methods. The main products of the factory are rubber products, which have passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification. The product range includes electronics, automobiles, machinery, chemicals, power plants, steel plants, instruments and meters, pipelines, toys, municipal facilities, sports equipment, daily necessities, and more, with over 1200 types of products. Customized design and development of new products according to user requirements can be done. The products involve natural rubber, silicone rubber, fluorinated rubber, triethylene glycol rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, cis-polybutadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, polyurethane, etc. Special formula designs achieve resistance to strong acids, strong bases, chemical reagents, high temperatures (up to 360°C), low temperatures (down to -80°C), aging (outdoor durability up to 20 years), and high wear resistance.
