Construction Materials-Other Building Materials
Jieli PVC Anti-Corrosion Tile, also known as Jieli Anti-Corrosion Plastic Steel Tile, is made from weather-resistant and flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic as the raw material. Jieli resin tiles are widely used in factory workshops, commercial greenhouses, and other projects due to their characteristics of corrosion resistance, low aging, flame resistance, high strength, impact resistance, lightweight, short construction period, and low cost. Furthermore, factory resin tiles are non-toxic, odorless, and do not pose carcinogenic dust hazards, meeting contemporary consumers' environmental protection requirements. They have an attractive appearance with bright and vibrant colors, and excellent thermal insulation properties. Therefore, PVC anti-corrosion tiles can also be applied to food processing and storage workshop roofs. Resin tiles are available in trapezoidal and wavy shapes for customers to choose from. The price of synthetic resin tiles is determined by their specifications, materials, and thickness, and online prices are for reference only. Customization is available based on different customer needs, with nationwide direct sales. We welcome you to contact us at 0535-3490877 or 13589772720, Manager Qin.
Corrosion-resistant and good waterproofing
"Jieli" synthetic resin tiles can withstand long-term corrosion from various chemical substances, including acids, alkalis, and salts. Tests show that after soaking in salt, alkali, and acids below 60% for 24 hours, there is no chemical reaction. The high weather-resistant resin selected for "Jieli" synthetic resin tiles is dense and does not absorb water, eliminating issues with micro-pore water seepage. The large area of each resin tile results in fewer seams on the roof, and the overlaps are tightly combined, providing excellent waterproof performance.
Impact resistance and low-temperature durability
Physical tests of "Jieli" synthetic resin tiles show that a 1-kilogram steel ball dropped from a height of 2 meters onto the tile surface does not produce cracks. Even after 10 impacts from a dropping ball at low temperatures, the product remains undamaged. After 10 freeze-thaw cycles, there are no signs of hollowing, bubbling, peeling, or cracking.
Durable colors
"Jieli" synthetic resin tiles use ultra-high weather-resistant engineering resin produced by ATOGLAS, a French company, as the surface material. This resin exhibits exceptional durability in natural environments, maintaining color stability even when exposed to UV rays, moisture, and extreme temperatures for extended periods. Results from outdoor usage in areas with strong sunlight, such as Arizona and Florida, confirm that it can ensure color stability for 10 years with △E ≤ 5.
Heat insulation and soundproofing
The thermal conductivity of "Jieli" synthetic resin tiles is 0.325 w/m.k, approximately 1/3 that of clay tiles, 1/5 that of 10mm thick cement tiles, and 1/2000 that of 0.5mm thick colored steel tiles. Without considering additional insulation layers, "Jieli" synthetic resin tiles still achieve ideal insulation performance. Sound tests indicate that "Jieli" synthetic resin tiles absorb sound well when subjected to external impacts such as heavy rain, hail, and strong winds.
Volume stability and load resistance
The expansion coefficient of "Jieli" synthetic resin tiles is 4.93 × 10^-5 (1/°C). The tile design features bi-directional tensile properties, allowing it to absorb temperature-induced expansion and contraction, ensuring geometric dimensional stability. "Jieli" synthetic resin tiles possess excellent load-bearing performance, as tested by the Shandong Building Materials and Components Quality Supervision Station, which showed no damage under a uniformly distributed load of 150 kg with a support spacing of 750 mm.
Lightweight and flame-retardant
"Jieli" synthetic resin tiles weigh 6 kg per square meter, making them lightweight structural materials that effectively reduce building loads and save on construction framing materials. They are also easy to transport and install, lowering construction costs. The main structural material of "Jieli" synthetic resin tiles is polyvinyl chloride resin, whose chemical properties contribute to its flame-retardant characteristics. The product has been tested by national fire departments and meets fire resistance standards of B1 grade.
Environmentally friendly and energy-efficient
"Jieli" synthetic resin tiles have passed the "China Environmental Labeling Product Certification" and have been assessed by the National Ministry of Construction's Scientific and Technological Development Center for environmental protection, energy savings, and recyclability. They are currently a new type of building material product that is strongly promoted and supported for being "environmentally friendly and energy-efficient" in China.
