1. PC Sheet Cutting
Our company has introduced advanced PC sheet cutting equipment, providing precise, stable, and low-error cutting services for PC solid sheets, PC frosted sheets, PC particle sheets, and PC panels according to customer requirements. The standard specifications for PC sheets are 1000mm*2000mm and 1220mm*2440mm, and we can also produce or cut to custom sizes as per customer requests.
2. Bending of PC Sheets and Panels
With an impact resistance of up to 3kg/cm, the impact strength of PC solid sheets is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheets, and 2 times that of tempered glass, posing almost no risk of breakage. A drop of 2 meters with a hammer weighing 3kg leaves no cracks, earning it the titles of "shatterproof glass" and "ringing steel." The impact resistance of PC sheets allows for cold bending at room temperature and can also be hot bent. Our company has large bending machines and ovens capable of cold bending and hot bending processing for PC sheets within 2.5 meters. The solid sheets can be cold bent on-site according to design drawings to create arched or semicircular roofs and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the thickness of the sheet.
3. PC Sheet Engraving
Using imported PC sheets as the base material, we engrave according to customer-provided drawings or samples. Our company has introduced large CNC engraving machines, with precision controllable to 0.07mm, capable of engraving and cutting various shapes within the specification of 1300mm*2500mm, including various flat square holes, round holes, and multi-angle holes, to meet customer processing requirements for panels, casings, and windows.
4. PC Sheet Bonding
We use special adhesive for PC sheets to bond the materials, ensuring a strong, aesthetically pleasing finish with no glue marks, suitable for creating various boxes, mechanical components, and crafts.
5. PC Sheet Molding
The physical properties of PC sheets, including impact resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance, make them widely used in the manufacturing of automotive parts, medical devices, aerospace, electronics, and electronic lighting.
