Phosphate Compound Fertilizer Engineering Polyethylene Liner 【Ultra High Material Production】 Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Liner High Molecular Engineering Plastic Wear-Resistant Board UHMWPE Polyethylene High Molecular Liner Phosphate Compound Fertilizer Engineering UHMWPE High Molecular Board Phosphate Compound Fertilizer Engineering Ultra High Board is a high-performance engineering plastic, featuring extremely high wear resistance, impact resistance, very low friction coefficient, excellent self-lubricating properties, outstanding low-temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, non-toxic, odorless, and non-corrosive, with good physiological circulation and adaptability.
1. Wear Resistance UHMWPE has the highest wear resistance among plastics and exceeds certain metals. The mortar wear index of UHMWPE is only 1/5 of PA66, 1/10 of HDPE and PVC; compared to metals, it is 1/7 of carbon steel and 1/27 of brass.

2. Impact Resistance The impact strength of UHMWPE is about twice that of impact-resistant PC, 5 times that of ABS, and more than 10 times that of POM and PBTP.

3. Self-Lubricating Properties UHMWPE has an extremely low friction coefficient(0.050.11), demonstrating excellent self-lubricating properties. It ranks second only to PTFE in terms of self-lubrication among plastics; its lubricating properties surpass those of steel and brass with lubricating oil.

4. Chemical Resistance UHMWPE has excellent chemical resistance, being able to withstand corrosive media (acids, bases, salts) and organic media (except naphthalene solvents) within certain temperature and concentration ranges, excluding strong fluorinated acid solutions.

5. Impact Energy Absorption UHMWPE possesses excellent impact energy absorption, with its value being high among all plastics, resulting in good noise damping and sound insulation effects.

6. Non-Stick Properties The surface adhesion of UHMWPE is extremely weak, and its anti-adhesion ability is second only to the non-stick properties of PTFE among plastics, making it difficult for the surface of the product to adhere to other materials.

7. Water Resistance UHMWPE has a very low water absorption rate, generally less than 0.01%, only 1% of that of PA6.

8. Sanitary and Non-Toxic: UHMW-PE is odorless, non-toxic, and non-corrosive, exhibiting physiological inertness and adaptability. It is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) for use in contact with food and pharmaceuticals.

9. When the molecular weight of high molecular polyethylene liner exceeds 1.5 million, the embrittlement temperature drops to -140℃. Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene can even be used at temperatures below -269℃ in liquid nitrogen, still maintaining certain mechanical strength.

10. Water Resistance UHMWPE has a very low water absorption rate, generally less than 0.01%, only 1% of that of PA6, almost no water absorption, and does not deform or deteriorate in water.

11. Lightweight: UHMWPE has a density of 0.93-0.97, making it one of the lightest materials among engineering plastics, facilitating easy handling and use, enhancing work efficiency.
