Overview:
Pneumatic UPVC butterfly valve has the characteristics of light valve body, strong corrosion resistance, non-toxic and hygienic material, wear resistance, easy disassembly, and simple maintenance. Pneumatic UPVC butterfly valve is applied in multiple fields, such as general pure water and drinking water pipeline systems, drainage and sewage pipeline systems, brine and seawater pipeline systems, acidic and alkaline chemical solution systems, and other industries.
Product Features
1. The hygiene index of pneumatic UPVC butterfly valve meets the requirements of national health standards, and the heavy ion content in the medium meets ultra-pure water standards.
2. Pneumatic UPVC butterfly valve has strength and toughness, with a smooth and clean pipe wall, small friction resistance and adhesion when transporting fluids.
3. Pneumatic UPVC butterfly valve has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and flame retardancy.
4. Pneumatic UPVC butterfly valve is lightweight, equivalent to 1/5 of steel pipes, and 1/6 of copper pipes. It has low thermal conductivity, about 1/200 of steel.
5. Excellent aging resistance and UV resistance significantly extend the normal service life compared to other pipeline systems.
Pneumatic actuator
Adopting the new ATD series pneumatic actuator, with double-acting and single-acting (spring return), gear drive, safe and reliable.
1. Gear-type double pistons, large output torque, small volume.
2. The cylinder is made of aluminum alloy material, lightweight and aesthetically pleasing.
3. Manual operating mechanism can be installed at the top and bottom.
4. Rack-and-pinion connection can adjust the opening angle and rated flow.
5. The actuator can be equipped with electric signal feedback indication and various accessories for automation.
6. IS05211 standard connection provides convenience for product installation and replacement.
7. The two end-adjusting screws allow standard products to have a ±4° adjustable range at 0° and 90°, ensuring synchronization accuracy with the valve.
