The pneumatic UPVC ball valve actuator uses the GT series precision miniature pneumatic actuators, developed and produced by Huanqi using advanced foreign technology, and comprehensively tested by a professional valve testing center. It uses compressed air as the power source, converting the air pressure in the cylinder into 90 degrees of torque through gear-piston transmission, which can act on various types of rotary straight stroke control valves, including ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, and plug valves.
The GT series precision miniature pneumatic actuator has a simple and compact design, unique style, full sealing, and internal air path, which is economical and does not require exposed connecting pipelines that can be damaged. It adopts the ISO5211 connection standard, making the installation of solenoid valves, signal transmitters, valve positioners, or other accessories extremely convenient. Safety operation, ease of maintenance, and simple disassembly and assembly are all considered in the design.
The housing of the GT series precision miniature pneumatic actuator is made of extruded aluminum alloy, with a sandblasted surface treated by hard anodization, making it corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing. The end cover and piston of the GT series precision miniature pneumatic actuator are made of die-cast aluminum alloy, providing good resistance to cracking. The end cover surface is coated with high-strength epoxy resin paint, which can generally resist weak acids, weak bases, and cleaning agents. The output shaft is made of 45# carbon steel and is subjected to surface plating treatment.
The opening indicator can accurately display the "on" or "off" position and can be easily removed for wrench operation.
The stroke adjustment screw of the Shanghai Huanqi pneumatic UPVC ball valve GT series precision miniature pneumatic actuator can mechanically limit the rotation angle of the pneumatic actuator, allowing for on-site adjustment of the actuator's open or closed position. This allows standard products to have an adjustable range of ±5 degrees at both 0 degrees and 90 degrees, ensuring synchronization accuracy with the valve.
All pneumatic actuators are lubricated with grease for bearings and guiding rings before leaving the factory. Under normal operating conditions, lubrication must be carried out through an air oil mist lubricator.
