PE All-Plastic Corrosion-Resistant Acid Storage Tank:
1. Due to the excellent performance of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and the special structure of rotationally molded tanks, the service life can reach over 15 years.
2. Excellent chemical resistance; it can withstand most chemical solutions except for a few that may cause swelling.
3. Plastic tanks feature both internal and external corrosion resistance and can be placed in highly corrosive environments.
4. Rotationally molded corrosion-resistant tanks have significant advantages for large specifications and capacities; despite their large size, they maintain the integrity of a single molded unit, which is not achievable with other tank manufacturing processes.
5. Compared to traditional corrosion-resistant tanks, they are cost-effective with a high performance-to-price ratio.
6. The plastic tank is well-integrated with no seams, leaks, or strong impact resistance, high tensile strength, good oxidation and aging resistance, and meets sanitary food standards.
The substances that can be stored in the tank:
(1) Inorganic acids: (hypo), (hypo) nitrous acid, phosphoric acid, carbonic acid
(2) Organic acids: acetic acid, formic acid, amino acids, malic acid, citric acid
(3) Alkalis and hydroxides: ammonia solution, calcium hydroxide (lime water),
(4) Industrial and construction material compounds: flocculants, polycarboxylic acid
(5) Elements, gases, and other inorganic compounds: methanol, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde
(6) Halogenated organic compounds, amines, phenols, and other organic compounds
(7) Other elemental compounds, industrial liquids and products, food and vegetable oils, atmosphere, and water.
Note: Instructions for interfaces, piping, and reinforcement sleeves
(1). The interfaces or flanges installed before the container leaves the factory may loosen or even get damaged during transportation. Please check for integrity before receiving and installing.
2). Connections between containers or external pipes must use flexible or U-shaped connections supported by brackets. The pipes and interfaces must not bear weight to prevent damage to the interfaces and the tank body from the pressure of the liquid when the tank is filled and the weight of the pipes.
3). After completing the installation of interfaces and pipes, a water test must be conducted to check for leaks in the tank body and the connections of interfaces and pipes.
4). The interfaces and piping should be checked monthly, and any abnormalities should be repaired promptly.
5). Our reinforcement sleeve is made of 250mm, 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate; installation should be done when the tank is empty; the tightness should be such that it does not fall off the tank body; during long-distance transportation and handling, the paint surface of the reinforcement sleeve may be damaged, so it must be repainted after installation to extend its service life, and grease should be applied to the tightening screws and nuts to prevent rust and maintain strength.
