The plastic is plasticized and compacted within the barrel, passing through a multi-hole filter plate along a specific flow path, and then flowing through the neck of the die head into the shaping mold. The core and the mold bushing are properly matched, forming a continuously narrowing annular gap, which allows the plastic melt to form a continuous, dense tubular coating around the core.

1. Turn on the power, set the temperature, and ensure that the heating is normal.
2. Clean the hopper and other units, as well as the water inlet and outlet pipes. Check the oil levels and lubrication status of all gears, engine oil, and high-temperature grease. The gear oil in a new machine should be replaced after half a year, and moving parts should be lubricated at least once a week.
3. When the temperature is close to the set point, prepare the material and start the main motor sequentially. The extruder's temperature must reach the set temperature before the feeding device can be opened to pour in the cleaning material or raw material to clean out any residue inside the screw until new material comes out. Then pause the extrusion, and quickly install the filter plate and die.
4. Close the die head, and after closing it, turn on the main screw motor of the pelletizer. The operator should stay away from the die head to prevent injury from a potential explosion due to hard material blockage, until the die head starts extruding filaments. Then, close the pelletizing hood and connect and secure the cutting blade assembly.
