2. Clean the hopper and other units, as well as the water inlet and outlet pipes. Check the oil levels and lubrication status of all gear oils, engine oils, and high-temperature greases. 3. When the temperature is approaching the set point, prepare the material and start the main motor in sequence. The extruder's temperature must reach the set temperature before the feeding device can be opened to pour in the cleaning material or raw material to clean the residual substances inside the screw until the new material comes out.
