After passing through the roll gap, the material hits the sharp edge of the lower plunger and is divided into two parts, which then travel along the gaps between the front and rear chamber walls and the rotors, returning to the top of the roll gap.

1. Turn on the power sequentially. If heating is required, set the temperature and observe whether the heating is normal. If water cooling is used, open the inlet and outlet valves to ensure normal water flow.
2. Clean the internal mixer chamber, ensuring no hard objects such as wire remain. Check the oil levels and lubrication status of all gears, engine oil, and grease. Pay special attention to the oil level in the triplet oil cup, which should not be less than half full, and regularly monitor changes in the oil level of the triplet. No oil consumption or excessively fast oil consumption are both abnormal (adjust the knob on the triplet). The gear oil in a new machine should be replaced after six months. Moving parts should be lubricated at least once a week, and when adding oil, do not exceed half the level of the oil gauge, as this can cause oil leakage.
3. Prepare the material and turn on the power and air pressure. Raise the pressure cover to the upper limit position, then start the main motor. After the main motor has been running for half a minute, add the prepared material, then lower the pressure cover to begin the mastication of the material.
4. If a color change is needed, pour in cleaning material or raw material cleaner, then use a broom or wire to clean the old material from the gaps between the rotor shafts in the mixing chamber.
5. During the mixing process, the automatic or manual mode can be selected based on the physical properties of the material. Materials that are too hard should not be processed in excessive amounts or sizes, as this could cause the machine to lock up or damage the main motor.
6. After the material is thoroughly mixed, first raise the pressure cover, then tilt the mixing chamber. Once it is in position, pour out the material, then return the mixing chamber to its original position, and add the next batch of material for mixing.
7. When stopping production, first turn off the power of each function in sequence, then shut down the main power, and afterwards quickly clean the mixing chamber and thoroughly remove all dust.
