1. Turn on the power sequentially. If heating is required, set the temperature and observe whether the heating is normal. If water cooling is used, open the inlet and outlet valves to ensure normal water flow.
2. Clean the internal mixer chamber, and ensure no hard objects such as wire remain inside. Check the oil levels and lubrication status of all gears, engine oil, and grease. Pay special attention to the oil level in the triplet oil cup, which should not be less than half full, and regularly monitor the changes in the oil level of the triplet. No oil consumption or excessively fast oil consumption are both abnormal (the knob of the triplet needs to be adjusted). The gear oil for a new machine should be replaced after half a year. Moving parts should be lubricated at least once a week, and when adding oil, it should not exceed half the level of the oil sight glass, otherwise, it may cause oil leakage.
3. Prepare the materials and turn on the power and air pressure. Raise the press cover to the upper limit position, then start the main motor. After the main motor has been running for half a minute, add the prepared materials, then lower the press cover to begin the mastication of the materials.
