During operation, the two rotors rotate relative to each other, gripping the material from the feed port and carrying it into the roll gap where it is subjected to squeezing and shearing by the rotors. After passing through the roll gap, the material hits the sharp edge of the bottom plunger and is divided into two parts, which then return to the top of the roll gap along the gaps between the front and rear chamber walls and the rotors.
Operation:
1. Turn on the power in sequence. If heating is required, set the temperature and observe whether the heating is normal. If water cooling is used, open the inlet and outlet valves to ensure normal water flow.
2. Clean the internal mixer chamber, ensuring no hard objects such as wire are left inside. Check the oil levels and lubrication status of all gears, engine oil, and grease. Pay special attention to the oil level in the triplet oil cup, which should not be less than half full, and regularly observe the changes in the oil level of the triplet. No oil consumption or excessively rapid oil consumption are both abnormal (adjust the knob on the triplet). The gear oil in a new machine should be replaced after six months. Moving parts should be lubricated at least once a week, and when adding oil, it should not exceed half the level of the oil sight glass, otherwise, oil leakage may occur.
3. Prepare the material and turn on the power and air pressure. Raise the press cover to the upper limit position, then start the main motor. After the main motor has been running for half a minute, add the prepared material, then lower the press cover to begin the mastication of the material.
4. If a color change is needed, please pour in cleaning material or raw material cleaner, then use a broom or wire to clean the old material from the gaps between the rotor shafts inside the mixing chamber.
5. During the mastication process, based on the material properties required, either automatic or manual mastication can be selected. Materials that are too hard should not be processed in excessive amounts or sizes, as this could cause the machine to lock up or damage the main motor.
6. After the material is fully masticated, first raise the pneumatic cover, then rotate the mastication chamber. Once it is in position, pour out the material, then return the mastication chamber to its original position before adding the next batch of material for mastication.
7. When stopping production, first turn off the power for each function in sequence, then turn off the main power, and subsequently quickly clean the mixing chamber and thoroughly remove any dust.

Regularly inspect the insulation of each circuit and always pay attention to the warning messages on the machine's warning signs.
2. When the moving parts or the mixing chamber are clogged, do not reach in with your hand or an iron rod; instead, carefully handle the situation with a plastic rod.
3. When touching hot parts, please be careful to avoid burns.
4. If powder leakage or a screeching sound from the sealing ring occurs, first evenly loosen the four screw caps and then tighten them slightly. Add some lubricating oil or machine oil to the gap between the rotors in the mixing chamber, and let it run idle for 3-5 minutes while gently tapping around the edge of the sealing ring cover near the spring with a hammer. If powder still leaks, adjust the tightness of individual springs. If the sealing ring cover is very close to the water groove on the side plate of the mixing chamber, it indicates that the internal sealing ring is worn and needs to be replaced. The method for replacing the sealing ring is detailed in the manual.
5. Special Attention: Check the oil levels and lubrication status of all gears, engine oil, and grease before starting the machine every day. Pay special attention to ensure that the oil level in the triplet oil cup is no less than half full.
6. In case of machine malfunction, stop the machine immediately. Unauthorized personnel must not perform any actions and should notify and wait for your company's maintenance staff to inspect and repair.
