Precautions
The pelletizer should run in the forward direction; avoid reverse rotation.
2. Never run the pelletizer cold and empty; it must be operated with material after preheating to avoid the occurrence of screw sticking (shaft hugging).
3. No metal objects or other debris should be allowed to enter the feed opening or vent of the pelletizer to prevent accidents and ensure smooth production.

1. Always pay attention to the changes in the machine body temperature. When the strands do not stick to your hand upon touching with a clean hand, you should immediately increase the temperature until the strands stick to your hand, which is considered normal.
2. If the bearing area of the gearbox feels hot or is accompanied by noise, it should be inspected and lubricated promptly.
3. If the bearing areas at both ends of the main unit's bearing housing become hot to the touch or produce unusual noises, stop the machine for inspection and add grease. During normal operation, grease should be added to the bearing housing every 5-6 days.
4. Pay attention to understanding the operating patterns of the machine; for example: the temperature (high or low) and the speed (fast or slow). Adjustments should be made promptly based on the situation.
5. When the machine body operates unstably, attention should be paid to checking whether the coupling fit clearance is too tight, and it should be adjusted to be looser in time.
