PE Foam Double-Sided Tape

PE foam double-sided tape refers to a type of double-sided tape made by coating acrylic adhesive on both sides of a PE foam substrate. The colors are mainly white, black, and gray, with commonly used thicknesses of 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, and 3.0mm. The foam expansion ratios are 5 times, 8 times, 10 times, 15 times, 20 times, and 30 times. The release liners are mainly release paper (white, yellow) and release films (red, green, blue, orange). Applications: Suitable for adhering and fixing decorative strips for picture frames, furniture, automotive trim, wave boards, wheel arches, spoilers, brake lights, car logos, motorcycle plates, appliance nameplates, and hair strips, among others. Characteristics: Strong adhesion, good holding power, UV resistance, temperature resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, and anti-plasticity. Applicable temperature: -20℃ to 120℃.
