This production line primarily uses linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) as main raw materials. It can produce embossed films, non-woven fabric composite films, and lamination on paper surfaces.

1. Two or more extruders achieve co-extrusion, directly producing multi-layer composite films in a single step, offering advantages such as fewer production steps, lower energy consumption, and reduced costs;
2. Entire machine controlled by PLC with touchscreen operation;
3. Designed with a tension control unit for winding, ensuring accurate, stable, and reliable tension measurement and control.
