When the operator is feeding material, they must be careful to ensure no foreign objects enter the material, and they should control the temperature properly.
2. If the material does not form strips and sticks to the die head when starting up, it is due to the die head temperature being too high. Once it cools slightly, it will return to normal. In most cases, there is no need to shut down the machine.
3. The water temperature should generally be between 50-60°C. If it is too low, the strands may break; if it is too high, they may stick together. When starting up, half of the water should be hot water. If this is not possible, allow the material to be conveyed internally for a while until the water temperature rises before automatic pelletizing to avoid strand breakage. Once the water temperature exceeds 60°C, cold water should be added to the circulation to maintain the temperature.
4. When pelletizing, make sure the strands are evenly pulled before entering the roller, otherwise, it will cause damage. If material is violently spurting out from the vent hole, it indicates that impurities have clogged the filter screen. At this point, the machine must be stopped immediately to replace the screen, which can be selected at 40-60 mesh.
