The screw of the extruder in the PE pipe extrusion line adopts a barrier-type structure, and the barrel has a unique grooved structure to achieve excellent plasticizing and mixing effects. For large-diameter HDPE (PP, ABS) pipes, a specially designed basket mold is used to reduce melting temperature and main machine pressure, achieving optimal mixing results and ensuring production output.
The uniquely designed cooling and sizing system uses water circulation to cool HDPE (PP, ABS) materials, suitable for cooling these materials. The design enhances diameter stability and roundness, meeting the requirements for thick-walled pipe production.
The specially designed vacuum sizing tank ensures stable diameter dimensions and roundness. The speed control system maintains consistent pulling speed. The entire production line can be controlled by PLC with an LCD control panel for easy operation. It can be equipped with a color stripe extruder to produce pipes with color stripes.
The line typically comes with a single-screw extruder (conventional use of single-screw extruders; however, parallel twin-screw extruders or conical twin-screw extruders may be used depending on specific circumstances), suitable for PE resin extrusion, with high output reaching up to 1000 kg per hour (for PP, ABS output, please contact us for details).

Pipe diameters range from 16mm to 800mm, which can be converted to inches to meet customer-specific requirements.
