PC Board Characteristics:
A. Mechanical Properties
1) Impact Strength: The professional PC endurance board for vacuum forming has an impact resistance that is 250 times higher than traditional glass and 30 times higher than acrylic boards. PC endurance boards are known as "transparent steel plates."
2) Good Tensile Strength: The professional PC endurance board has excellent heat resistance, and even at 120°C, its tensile strength can still reach 350 kgf/cm².
3) Bending Strength: The professional PC endurance board has good bending resistance, and even at a bending angle of 90°, it will not crack.
B. Thermal Properties
1) Melting Temperature: The melting temperature of PC endurance boards is 135°C, with a continuous use temperature of up to 120°C.
2) Linear Expansion Coefficient: The linear expansion coefficient is 7×10^-5 cm/cm/°C, which is relatively small among plastics.
3) Brittle Temperature: The brittle temperature of PC endurance boards is -40°C, with a low continuous use temperature of -30°C, which is incomparable to general plastics.
4) Combustibility: PC endurance boards are one of the flame-retardant self-extinguishing plastics, which do not produce toxic gases when heated to high temperatures. ULR-94 certified, flame retardant B1 grade, no dripping, non-toxic gas.
5) Thermal Conductivity: The thermal conductivity of PC endurance boards is not significantly different from that of general plastics; it is 1/4 that of glass, 1/300 that of iron, 1/1000 that of aluminum, and 1/2000 that of copper, making it one of the materials with excellent thermal insulation properties.
