1. PC Sheet Cutting
Our company has introduced advanced PC sheet cutting equipment, providing precise, stable cutting dimensions with minimal error. The regular specifications for PC sheets are 1000mm*2000mm and 1220mm*2440mm, and we can also produce or cut to size as required by customers.
2. Bending of PC Sheets and Panels
The impact strength of polycarbonate sheets can reach up to 3kg/cm, making the impact strength of PC sheets 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheets, and twice that of tempered glass, with almost no risk of breakage. Even when dropped from two meters with a 3kg hammer, there are no cracks, earning it the titles of "shatterproof glass" and "sound steel." The impact resistance of PC sheets allows them to be cold-bent at room temperature, as well as hot-bent. Our company has large bending machines and heating ovens, capable of cold and hot bending PC sheets within 2.5 meters. Polycarbonate sheets can be cold-bent on-site according to design drawings for installation into arched or semi-circular roofs and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the thickness of the sheet.
