The GS-101A online automatic trace hydrocarbon chromatograph can continuously and automatically perform quantitative analysis of trace hydrocarbons in liquid oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other inert gases. It connects directly to production equipment, allowing for real-time monitoring of component concentration changes, providing essential data for the safe operation of the main condenser in air separation equipment. It can also serve as a process control instrument for detecting hydrocarbons in industries such as petroleum, chemical, steel, and gas, achieving high separation efficiency for difficult-to-separate substances (C1~C4) and high detection sensitivity (acetylene: 0.01 ppm), meeting relevant national standards. It automatically samples, injects, and outputs analysis reports. It features three-way automatic detection of liquid air/liquid oxygen/product oxygen, but can also perform single-channel detection. It has been widely applied in air separation oxygen production.
