1. The plastic PE storage tank, also known as PE chemical storage tank, PE tank, plastic barrel, PE bucket, acid-base tank, plastic can, PE water tank, water tower, water storage barrel, measurement barrel, chemical mixing tank, PE chemical barrel container, acid-base storage tank, anti-corrosion tank, chemical storage tank, etc., refers to the seamless plastic (polyethylene) storage and transportation equipment series, which is one of the three major series of storage tanks. This series of products uses a unique formula modification to increase polyethylene (PE) as the raw material, adopting a special process for overall one-time molding (rotational molding process), so the storage tank also has the advantages of no welding seams, no leakage, non-toxic, lightweight, aging resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, long lifespan, and compliance with hygiene standards. The production process of plastic PE chemical storage tanks is: rotational molding, also known as rotational forming or rotational casting. It is a method for hollow molding of thermoplastic plastics. First, powdery or paste-like PE material is injected into the mold, and by heating the mold and rolling it in both horizontal and vertical directions, the material is evenly distributed throughout the mold cavity and melted under the action of its own gravity and centrifugal force. After cooling, the hollow product is obtained by demolding. Due to the low rotation speed of rotational molding, the product has almost no internal stress, making it less likely to deform or dent. The product surface is flat and smooth.
2. Product characteristics:
a. Tough texture: Made from polyethylene (Polyethylene) as the main raw material, lightweight and tough, easy to handle, shock-resistant, and impact-resistant.
b. Excellent chemical resistance: Resistant to various acids and bases.
c. Clean and beautiful: Streamlined appearance, not easy to get dirty, and easy to remove dirt.
d. Economical and durable: The barrel body is formed as a whole without bonding points, making it less likely to break.
e. Heat and freeze resistant: Excellent heat and freeze resistance, usable at temperatures from 80°C to -40°C.
f. Leak-proof: The water outlet joint uses the same material as the barrel body, processed by thermal fusion, which can eliminate leakage issues and avoid urgent troubles.
g. Specific specifications and colors can be customized according to customer requirements!
3. Our company's plastic container products are divided into four levels: A level, B level, special grade, and UL special grade, as follows:
A level: Mainly for indoor water storage.
B level: Mainly for storing drinking water, low-acid, and low-alkali industrial use (increased thickness based on A level).
Special grade: Mainly for industrial use of low concentration strong acids and bases (increased thickness based on B level).
UL level: Mainly for industrial use of high concentration strong acids and bases (increased thickness based on special grade).
4. Description:
The water tower comes with a spiral cover, which can be disassembled and assembled; the water tower itself has no holes. Water inlet and outlet holes can be opened free of charge according to customer requirements, and joints will be provided. If holes are needed, please specify, thank you. Complies with food-grade hygiene standards and also meets chemical-grade requirements. This product is acid-base resistant, anti-corrosion, and can be used for direct drinking water. It is a non-toxic and odorless water storage container.
a. The water tank is processed with standard inlets and outlets; if improvements are needed, please mention them when placing the order.
b. Dimensions are based on mold sizes, and product sizes may shrink by 3%-5%.
c. For storing chemicals, please order special grade products and provide dedicated interfaces.
d. For storing liquids, it is recommended to add reinforcement sleeves.
