Precautions:
When the operator is feeding the material, they must be careful to ensure no foreign objects enter the material and control the temperature properly.
2. If the material does not form strips and sticks to the die head when starting up, it is due to the die head temperature being too high. Once it cools down slightly, operation will return to normal. In most cases, there is no need to shut down the machine.
3. The water temperature should generally be between 50-60°C. If it is too low, the strands may break; if it is too high, they may stick together. When starting up, half of the water added should be hot water. If this is not possible, someone can manually feed the strands into the pelletizer for a while until the water temperature rises, and then switch to automatic pelletizing to avoid strand breakage. Once the water temperature exceeds 60°C, cold water should be circulated in to maintain the temperature.
4. During pelletizing, the strands must be evenly pulled before entering the roller, otherwise, the pelletizer will be damaged. If material is violently spurting out from the vent hole, it indicates that impurities have clogged the filter screen. At this point, the machine must be stopped immediately to replace the screen, which can be selected with a mesh size of 40-60.
