Brief Description:During operation, the multifunctional automatic mixing and masticating machine has two rotors rotating relatively. The material from the feeding port is caught and brought into the roller gap, where it is subjected to squeezing and shearing by the rotors. After passing through the roller gap, the material hits the sharp edge of the lower ram and is divided into two parts, which then return to the top of the roller gap along the gaps between the front and rear chamber walls and the rotors.

  Multifunctional Automatic Mixing and Compounding MachineIntroduction:The closed-type plasticizing machine is mainly used for the mixing of plastics and other materials. In contrast, there is the open-type mill. A typical internal mixer has a mixing chamber with two specially shaped steel rotors inside. The rotors are hollow and can be heated by passing steam through them. At the top of the mixing chamber, there is a hydraulically operated ram that serves as a feeding port. When the ram is opened, materials can be added, then the ram presses down to compact the material. The two rotors rotate, causing the material to undergo rotational, stretching, and shearing movements. The material heats up due to friction and is also heated by an external heating device on the mixing chamber. During this process, the material becomes plasticized. Once the material reaches a certain degree of plasticization, the discharge port at the bottom of the mixing chamber opens to release the material for further processing, such as calendering and shaping.

1. Turn on the power sequentially. If heating is required, set the temperature and observe whether the heating is normal. If water cooling is used, open the inlet and outlet water valves to ensure normal water flow.
 
2. Clean the internal mixer chamber, ensuring no hard objects like wire are left behind. Check the oil levels and lubrication status of all gears, engine oil, and grease. Pay special attention to the oil level in the three-in-one oil cup, which should not be less than half full. Regularly monitor the oil level changes in the three-in-one unit; no oil consumption or rapid oil consumption are both abnormal (adjust the knob on the three-in-one unit as needed). The gear oil in a new machine should be replaced after six months. Moving parts should be lubricated at least once a week. When adding oil, do not exceed half the height of the oil gauge, otherwise, it may cause oil leakage.
 
3. Prepare the materials and turn on the power and air pressure. Raise the pressure cover to the upper limit position, then start the main motor. After the main motor has been running for half a minute, add the prepared materials, then lower the pressure cover to begin the mastication of the materials.
 
4. If a color change is needed, please pour in cleaning material or raw material cleaner, then use a broom or wire to clean the old material from the gaps between the rotor shafts inside the mixing chamber.
 
5. During the mastication process, based on the material properties required, either automatic or manual mastication can be selected. Materials that are too hard should not be processed in excessive quantities or sizes, as this may cause the machine to lock up or damage the main motor.
 
6. After the material is well-mixed, first raise the pressure cover, then flip the mixing chamber. Once in position, pour out the material, then return the mixing chamber to its original position, and add the next batch of material for mixing.
 
7. When stopping production, first turn off the power for each function in sequence, then turn off the main power supply, and subsequently quickly clean the mixing chamber and thoroughly remove any dust.
