The MS series single shaft shredder is specifically designed for recycling companies that handle large volumes of waste plastic. The shredder comes with an effective V-shaped rotor from ACERETECH with a diameter of 450mm, with widths ranging from 1000mm to 2000mm. The hydraulic station is closely integrated with the shredding chamber, saving space and protecting the hydraulic station, making maintenance and replacement convenient. The standard V-shaped rotor design, along with its accompanying knives, knife holders, external bearings, and hydraulic screen frame, has received positive feedback from customers. The MS series shredders can be further customized based on customer requirements for waste processing. Customers can choose options such as a cooling system, surface hardening treatment of the rotor, and other wear-resistant features.
