This can help extend the service life of the machinery.
After the temperature stabilizes, the machine can be started. Before starting, the bolts of the die head and the extruder flange should be tightened again to eliminate the difference in thermal expansion between the bolts and the die head. The sequence for tightening the die head bolts should be diagonally, with even force applied. When tightening the die head flange nuts, it is required that the tightness around is consistent; otherwise, material leakage may occur. During operation, select the preparation start button, then press the start button, and slowly turn the screw speed adjustment knob to gradually start the screw rotation. Then, gradually increase the speed while feeding a small amount of material. During feeding, closely monitor the changes in the main motor's ammeter and various indicator gauges, ensuring that the screw torque does not exceed the red mark. No one should stand in front of the die before the plastic profile is extruded, to avoid injury due to bolt breakage or moisture-induced foaming. After the plastic is extruded from the die, the extrudate needs to be slowly cooled, and the devices and shaping molds should be moved, followed by adjustments according to the readings on the control instruments.
