Plastic tanks, water tower tanks are suitable for: secondary water supply in high-rise buildings, water storage and purification equipment for water treatment, industrial cooling water, chemical agents, chemical raw materials, various oils, beverage storage, transportation, urban areas, rooftop water storage; PE tanks generally have a service life of more than ten to twenty years!
Advantages: smooth inside and outside in one molding, with good hygiene and UV resistance, impact resistance, earthquake resistance, not easy to age, not prone to algae growth, easy to clean, rodent-proof, termite-proof, easy to install and move.
Plastic tanks, PE tanks, and water tower tanks should have the following conditions: sufficient wall thickness, uniform wall thickness, high-quality materials, mature production technology, and strict factory requirements.
Characteristics of plastic tanks:
1. Tough texture: made of polyethylene main raw materials, light and tough, easy to handle, earthquake-resistant, impact-resistant.
2. Excellent corrosion resistance: resistant to various acids and alkalis.
3. Clean and beautiful: sleek appearance, not easy to get dirty, dirt can be easily removed.
4. Economical and durable: the barrel body is integrally formed without joints, not easy to break.
5. Heat and freeze resistance: good heat and freeze resistance, can be used at temperatures ranging from 80 to -40 degrees Celsius.
6. Non-toxic, odorless, compliant with drinking water standards.
7. Specific specifications and colors can be customized according to customer needs!
Installation instructions and precautions for plastic tanks:
1. Each tank can have two holes for inlet and outlet water, with special requirements to be specified separately.
2. Plastic tanks can be equipped with liquid level gauges.
3. Rooftop water tanks should be placed in stair openings or platforms with good load conditions.
4. The water tank is a pressure vessel, so a float ball or other effective control device should be installed to control the liquid level.
5. After assembly, close the outlet pipe and drain pipe, open the inlet pipe, fill the tank with water while checking for leaks, and it is qualified if there is no leakage for 12 hours.
6. The tank should be cleaned regularly, and precautions should be taken to prevent debris from entering the tank during water testing.
7. The general conditions for using plastic tanks are normal temperature and pressure (for using plastic tanks beyond normal temperature, customized thickened products are required).
8. The general conditions for using water tower tanks are that the liquid density should not exceed 1.2 (for liquids with a density exceeding 1.2, customized thickened products are required).
