Plastic storage tanks and water tower tanks are suitable for: secondary water supply in high-rise buildings, supporting industrial cooling water for water treatment and purification equipment, storage and transportation of chemical agents, raw materials, various oils, and beverages, as well as urban and rooftop water storage. PE water tanks generally have a service life of over ten to twenty years!
Advantages: The tanks are molded in one piece with smooth inner and outer surfaces, offering good hygiene and UV resistance, impact resistance, strong earthquake resistance, low aging, resistance to algae growth, easy cleaning, rodent proofing, termite proofing, and convenient installation and mobility.
Plastic water tanks, PE water tanks, and water tower tanks should meet the following conditions: sufficient wall thickness, uniform wall thickness, high-quality raw materials, skilled manufacturing techniques, and strict factory requirements.
Product characteristics of plastic water tanks:
1. Tough texture: Made from polyethylene as the main raw material, lightweight and tough, easy to transport, shock-resistant, and impact-resistant.
2. Excellent corrosion resistance: Resistant to various acids and bases.
3. Clean and aesthetically pleasing: Streamlined exterior that is not easily soiled and allows for easy dirt removal.
4. Economical and durable: The barrel is molded as a single piece with no joints, making it less prone to breakage.
5. Heat and freeze resistant: Excellent heat and freeze resistance, usable from -40 to 80 degrees Celsius.
6. Non-toxic, tasteless, and meets drinking water standards.
7. Specific specifications and colors can be customized according to customer needs!
Installation instructions and precautions for plastic water tanks:
1. Each tank can have two holes for inlet and outlet water; special requirements can be arranged separately.
2. Liquid level gauges can be installed in plastic barrels.
3. Rooftop water tanks should be placed on stair openings or platforms with good load-bearing conditions.
4. Water tanks are general pressure vessels, so a float or other effective control device should be added to control the liquid level.
5. After assembly, close the outlet and drainage pipes, open the inlet pipe, and check for leaks while filling the tank. A tank that does not leak after 12 hours is considered qualified.
6. Water tanks should be regularly cleaned, and care should be taken to prevent debris from entering the tank during water testing.
7. The general usage conditions for plastic storage tanks are normal temperature and normal pressure (for use beyond normal temperature, customized thickened products are required).
8. The specific gravity of liquids used in general water tower tanks should not exceed 1.2 (liquids exceeding a specific gravity of 1.2 require customized thickened products).
