The LS series single-shaft lightweight shredder is specifically designed for small-sized and thin-walled plastic waste products. This series of shredders features tangential feeding, eliminating the need for a hydraulic feeding system. It comes with external bearings and an E-type smooth rotor, available in rotor widths of 600mm and 800mm, driven by a reducer. The rotor knives are mounted on a movable knife holder on the rotor. The rotor knives are square-shaped with a central groove, allowing each knife to be used alternately at four corners, providing up to four continuous uses per knife. The ultra-low speed of 60rpm, combined with the compact design of the shredder, ensures quieter operation when shredding materials. The plug-and-play intelligent control system guarantees that the equipment is always ready for use. Compared to larger shredders, the LS series occupies less space, is more mobile, and easier to maintain.
