There are two production processes for domestic lighting panels:

One method is the direct application of gel coat, continuous glass fiber short cutting, resin coating, and polyester reinforcement molding. A typical manufacturer is Yuna Industry, which introduced this line from the United States in the 1990s, and now a second imitation line has also been put into operation.

The three key elements of installing metal color-coated panel roofs are fastening, insulation, and sealing. During construction, careful arrangements should be made for critical parts of the color-coated panel roof, such as panel overlap, lighting panel fixation, eave gutter installation, and ridge cover joints. The quantity, spacing, and connection quality of fasteners should be emphasized during inspection. Below, we will mainly introduce the method of installing lighting panels on metal color-coated roofs.

The connection between the lighting panel and the roof panel uses bolts and sealing strips. During installation, it is necessary to add end caps below and around it to cover the exposed insulation. Additionally, a fixing plate should be added on both sides of the lighting panel to secure it to the adjacent roof panels, using self-tapping screws for fixation. The sequence of compression between the lighting panel and the upper and lower panels should be according to the slope direction of the roof, with the upper panel being compressed and the lower panel compressing the next roof panel. A stainless steel water ridge should be set at the upper part of the lighting panel.
