Old manufacturers provide high quality at low prices, with great sales volume. Technical performance of water meters is better with established manufacturers! Manufacturers of intelligent water meters!! Accurate measurement of water meters is the central task for water supply enterprises in the application of water meters, and it is the foundational work for reducing water loss. The emergence of IC card prepaid household water meters has significantly reduced the workload of property management companies, while also minimizing unnecessary troubles, representing a major service to the public.
The metering characteristics of the water meter itself refer to parameters such as the diameter, metering grade, and error characteristics of the water meter. These parameters can be controlled through technical and managerial measures. The user's water consumption characteristics refer to the changing patterns of water flow values over time, which is a factor that water supply enterprises cannot control. However, certain methods can be used for observation, and predictions can be made about the user's future water consumption characteristics based on historical data analysis.
Generally, IC card water meters use ball valves, which are easily affected by scale and water pressure when opening and closing. The ball and outer wall of the ball valve, when submerged in water for extended periods, will accumulate scale, which increases friction resistance and thus affects the valve opening and closing; as water pressure increases, the resistance of the ball valve can increase dramatically, significantly impacting the operation of the valve. The IC card prepaid household water meter employs a combination of magnetic and hydraulic technology with a pilot-controlled electric valve, which has very low power consumption and operates reliably and stably under low pressure conditions, thus avoiding the influences of scale and water pressure. The water meter uses small openings to direct a tiny flow of tap water to the impeller box of the water meter, spraying it onto the impeller to concentrate the kinetic energy of the small flow of water at a single point to drive the impeller. This allows the meter to measure small flow rates, with a starting flow rate of 2 L/H. However, this type of water meter can cause overmeasurement due to concentrating the small flow at one point for injection, leading to significant phantom flow when the tap is fully closed but the water pressure in the network is unstable. This phantom flow can reach up to 192 liters per day (resulting in 5-6 m³ of water being billed even when no water is used in a month), causing users to unfairly pay for water, which can lead to complaints and refusal to pay water bills. Another defect of this structure is that it is easily blocked and jammed by sediment, losing its anti-leakage function after a period (generally three to five months).
