By material, it is divided into steel-wood structure, all-wood structure, and all-steel structure: (1) Steel-wood structure: Composed of a metal frame and wooden cabinet body, it can have movable and fixed cabinet bodies, offering a high cost-performance ratio but with a single style, suitable for clients pursuing economic benefits. (2) All-wood structure: All cabinet bodies are made of man-made board (medium density fiberboard), with rich colors, but it is not moisture-resistant and has slightly lower load-bearing capacity, making it unsuitable for humid environments and high load-bearing requirements; usage is not recommended. (3) All-steel structure: Made of 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plates cut, bent, and welded, all cold-rolled steel plates undergo acid pickling and phosphating treatment followed by surface spraying of epoxy resin and high-temperature baking. It has good load-bearing performance and is sturdy and durable. 3. By structure, it is divided into fixed laboratory benches, hanging laboratory benches, and separate laboratory benches: (1) Fixed laboratory bench: Supported by a floor cabinet, with cabinet bodies that can be made of all-wood structure or all-steel structure, lacking flexibility. (2) Hanging laboratory bench: The cabinet body rests on a metal frame, with cabinet bodies that can be made of all-wood structure or all-steel structure, offering good moisture resistance and slightly better flexibility. (3) Separate laboratory bench: The cabinet body is equipped with movable wheels, with cabinet bodies that can be made of all-wood structure or all-steel structure, where the metal frame and tabletop are integrated, offering good moisture resistance, ease of movement, and good flexibility.
