I. Product standards This product is manufactured according to GB9330 "Plastic Insulated Control Cables", IEC60227 "Polyvinyl Chloride Insulated Cables with Rated Voltage of 450/750V and Below", and IEC60502 "Plastic Insulated Power Cables with Rated Voltage of 1-30kV and Accessories", etc.
II. Scope of application The polyvinyl chloride insulated and sheathed control cable is suitable for wiring in control, signal, protection, and measurement systems with a rated voltage of 450/750V and below or 0.6/1kV and below.
III. Usage characteristics
● The rated frequency voltage Uo/U is 450/750V or 0.6/1kV.
● The allowable long-term working temperature for the cable conductor is 70℃.
● The ambient temperature during cable installation should not be lower than 0℃. If the ambient temperature is below 0℃, the cable should be preheated.
● The recommended minimum bending radius for the cable is as follows: For unarmored cables, it should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable; For armored or copper tape shielded cables, it should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable; For shielded flexible cables, it should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
