The aluminum alloy lined plastic composite pipe is a new type of composite pipe developed by Jiangsu Runshuo Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd.This product not only possesses the advantages of plastic pipes, such as hygiene, corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity, and good transport performance; but it also overcomes many shortcomings of plastic pipes, such as low surface hardness, poor rigidity, large thermal expansion coefficient, poor UV resistance, and susceptibility to aging, due to the external aluminum alloy protective layer. The aluminum alloy lined plastic composite pipe has high surface hardness, good strength, impact resistance, and an elegant appearance; on the other hand, since the main body of the pipe and fittings is still made of polymer materials, it addresses the high cost issues of stainless steel and copper pipes, while being a lightweight rigid pipe with long-term performance. The overall engineering cost is reasonable, and compared to traditional steel pipes, it significantly saves installation labor costs and equipment materials. This product also reduces operational maintenance costs and extends its service life, offering a reasonable advantage in overall engineering costs.

This pipe material is more suitable for exposed installations, especially for high-rise and super high-rise pipeline systems. It does not deform under heat, has strong compression resistance, is level and vertical, and effectively blocks UV and oxygen corrosion to pipes and related metal components and radiators, greatly enhancing the service life of the pipe material.
