When the operator is feeding material, they must be careful to ensure no foreign objects enter the material and maintain the proper temperature.
2. If the material does not form strips and sticks to the die head when starting up, it is due to the die head temperature being too high. Once it cools down slightly, operation will return to normal. In most cases, there is no need to shut down the machine.
3. The water temperature should generally be between 50-60°C. If it is too low, the strands may break; if it is too high, they may stick together. When starting the machine, add half hot water. If this is not possible, manually feed the granulator for a while until the water temperature rises, then let it automatically granulate to avoid strand breakage. If the water temperature exceeds 60°C, add cold water to the circulation to maintain the temperature.
4. When pelletizing, the strands must be evenly pulled before entering the roller, otherwise it will damage the pelletizer. If material is violently spurting out from the vent hole, it indicates that impurities have clogged the filter screen. At this point, the machine must be stopped immediately to replace the screen. The screen can be selected with a mesh size of 40-60.
Maintenance:
The lubricating oil in the bearings of the pelletizer should be replaced and refilled regularly, and the electrical components should be frequently checked to ensure they are functioning normally and safely.
