1. Turn on the power sequentially. If heating is required, set the temperature and observe whether the heating is normal. If water cooling is used, open the inlet and outlet valves to ensure normal water flow.
2. Clean the internal mixer chamber, and ensure no hard objects such as wire remain. Check the oil levels and lubrication status of all gears, engine oil, and grease. Pay special attention to the oil level in the triplet oil cup, which should not be less than half full, and regularly observe the changes in the triplet oil level. No oil consumption or rapid oil consumption are both abnormal (adjust the knob on the triplet). The gear oil for a new machine should be replaced after six months. Moving parts should be lubricated at least once a week, and when adding oil, it should not exceed half the level of the oil sight glass, otherwise, it may cause oil leakage.
3. Prepare the materials and turn on the power and air pressure. Raise the pressure cover to its upper limit position, then start the main motor. After the main motor has been running for half a minute, add the prepared materials, then lower the pressure cover to begin the mastication process.
4. If a color change is needed, pour in cleaning material or raw material cleaner, then use a broom or wire to clean the old material from the gaps between the rotor shafts in the mixing chamber.
5. During the mixing process, the automatic or manual mode can be selected based on the material properties. Materials that are too hard should not be added in excessive amounts or sizes, as this could cause the machine to lock up or damage the main motor.
6. After the material is thoroughly mixed, first raise the pressure cover, then tilt the mixing chamber. Once in position, pour out the material, return the mixing chamber to its original position, and then add the next batch of material for mixing.
7. When stopping production, first turn off the power for each function in sequence, then shut down the main power supply, and subsequently quickly clean the mixing chamber and remove all dust.
