Precautions:
When the operator is feeding the material, they must ensure no foreign objects enter the material and control the temperature well.
2. If the material does not form strips and sticks to the die head when the machine is first turned on, it is due to the die head temperature being too high. After a slight cooling, it will return to normal. In most cases, there is no need to shut down the machine.
3. The water temperature should generally be between 50-60°C. If it is too low, the strands are prone to breaking; if it is too high, they tend to stick together. When starting up, half of the water added should be hot water. If this is not possible, manually feed the material into the pelletizer for a while until the water temperature rises, and then allow it to automatically pelletize to prevent strand breakage. Once the water temperature exceeds 60°C, cold water should be added to the circulation to maintain the temperature.
4. When pelletizing, the strands must be evenly pulled before entering the roller, otherwise, the pelletizer will be damaged. If material is violently spewing out from the vent hole, it indicates that impurities have clogged the filter screen. At this point, the machine must be stopped immediately to replace the screen, which can be selected in the range of 40-60 mesh.

1. Keep the pelletizer in good and clean condition, and promptly clean the dust and scattered pellets.
2. Continuously monitor the operation of the pelletizer, paying attention to any abnormal sounds and signs of pellet blockage;
3. Promptly remove clumps from the strip to prevent large chunks from entering the pelletizer;
4. Strictly prevent metal and other foreign objects from entering the pelletizer;
5. When starting to draw the strips, first introduce a small amount and remove the clumps at the head. When producing high-impact products, *draw no more than 5 strips, and then introduce them one by one with adhesion.
