After the temperature stabilizes, the machine can be started. Before starting, the head and the flange bolts of the extruder should be tightened again to eliminate the difference in thermal expansion between the bolts and the head. The order of tightening the head bolts should be diagonally, with even force applied. When tightening the flange nuts of the head, ensure that the tightness is consistent around; otherwise, material leakage may occur. During operation, select the preparation start button, then press the start button, and slowly turn the screw speed adjustment button to gradually increase the screw speed. Then, gradually accelerate while feeding a small amount of material. During feeding, closely monitor the changes in the main motor's current meter and various indicator gauges, ensuring that the screw torque does not exceed the red mark. No one should stand in front of the die before the plastic profile is extruded, to avoid injury from bolt breakage or other issues like moisture release. After the plastic is extruded from the die, it needs to be cooled slowly, and the equipment and sizing molds should be moved as required, followed by adjustments according to the readings on the control instruments.
