After the temperature stabilizes, the machine can be started. Before starting, the bolts of the die head and the extruder flange should be tightened again to eliminate the difference in thermal expansion between the bolts and the die head. The bolts of the die head should be tightened diagonally and with even force. When tightening the nuts around the die head flange, ensure they are uniformly tight; otherwise, material leakage may occur. During operation, select the "Prepare to Start" button, then press the "Start" button, and gradually adjust the screw speed by turning the speed control knob, slowly initiating the screw rotation. Gradually increase the speed while feeding a small amount of material. While feeding, closely monitor the changes in the main motor's current meter and various indicator gauges, ensuring that the screw torque does not exceed the red mark. No one should stand in front of the die before the plastic profile is extruded, to avoid injury due to bolt breakage or initial moist foaming. After the plastic is extruded from the die, it needs to be cooled slowly, and these devices along with the sizing mold should be moved, then adjusted according to the readings on the control instruments.
Precautions for Use:
1. Always pay attention to the changes in the body temperature. When the strands no longer stick to a clean hand, the temperature should be increased immediately until the strands stick to the hand, which is considered normal.
2. If the bearing part of the gearbox feels hot or is accompanied by noise, stop the machine for timely maintenance and add lubricating oil.
3. If the bearing areas at both ends of the main unit's bearing housing become hot to the touch or produce unusual noises, stop the machine for inspection and apply grease. During normal operation, grease should be added to the bearing housing every 5-6 days.
4. Pay attention to understanding the operating patterns of the machine; for example, the temperature and rotational speed. Adjustments should be made promptly according to the situation.
5. When the machine body is operating unstably, attention should be paid to checking whether the coupling fit clearance is too tight, and it should be adjusted to be looser in time.
